New Andaman Beach Villa: Unit 1000

The New Andaman Beach Villa is a contemporary build in Minecraft Java Edition. Its primary materials are; white concrete, black concrete, brown concrete, and sandstone trim. There are also smart daylight-sensing lights on the exterior. It was completed in February 2026. After working on it for 6-8 weeks, I was able to finish it up with a second story (a major size increase over the original Unit 1000 that I’d attempted to build years ago). This was the first time running Complementary Shaders and Iris Shaders to create a truly spectacular viewing experience.

There are no other mods enabled for this project. The New Andaman Beach Villa boasts three bedrooms (including a master bedroom on the main level), two bathrooms plus a detached half bathroom, and a large courtyard pool design. It also features a large, open-air balcony area on the second floor, plus a bedroom with a balcony design opening out onto a direct ocean view. There is also outdoor seating available. In addition, it has a direct beach access with an unobstructed view of the sunset at all times. There are no neighbors. There are no shared suites. Only paradise.

New Andaman Beach Villa: Unit 2000

The New Andaman Beach Villa, Unit #2000, is the second in a (planned) series of three villas along the New Andaman Coast. It is a slightly more luxurious and upscale version of Unit 1000, though it is similar in overall size. It relies upon the classic contemporary tones of white concrete, black conrete, and brown conrete, with the contrasts provided by sea lanterns and incandescent lamps. Unit 2000 comes with two 2-car garages for a prodigious amount of vehicle storage. It also features a luxurious infinity pool located in the back of the villa that faces the gorgeous beach, accessible via automatic sliding glass doors. There is also a hot tub located on the second-floor balcony under a covered roof for perpetual enjoyment.

Unit 2000 is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom property boasting two main living spaces, an open-air balcony affixed with bookshelves on the second floor, and a checker-pattern dining nook facing the ocean. There are two full-size open-air balconies connected to the upstairs bedrooms, and the lower suite opens out onto the pool deck. The deck itself features a set of sun chairs, and the pool is heated with high-quality light fixtures. The entrance driveway offers a plethora of space, allowing you to host friends or family at any time.

Once again, there are no neighbors. There are no shared suites. Only paradise. The next planned villa (Unit 3000) will be at least one mile down the beach, to the west. A secluded cobblestone path leads into the thick forest behind the villa, allowing for easy accessibility from either the forest or from the river canal that serves New Andaman Beach.
